Delivery Options
We offer multiple shipping methods to meet your needs:
- Standard Ground Shipping: 3-7 business days ($8.95)
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days ($14.95)
- Rush Shipping: 1-2 business days ($24.95)
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100
Processing Time
- Orders placed before 12 PM EST are processed same business day
- Weekends/holidays not counted as business days
- Custom or special orders may require additional processing time

- Tracking number emailed upon shipment

- Delivery notifications sent via email/SMS
Shipping Destinations
- Currently ship to all 50 U.S. states
- No international shipping available at this time
- No PO Box deliveries
Multiple Item Orders
- Items may ship from different warehouses
- No additional shipping charges for split shipments
- All tracking numbers provided separately
Delivery Issues
For problems with delivery:
- Carrier makes 3 delivery attempts
- Undeliverable packages returned to sender
- Contact us within 7 days of expected delivery date
Holiday Shipping
During peak seasons (Nov-Dec):
- Allow extra processing time
- Earlier order deadlines apply
- Check holiday cutoff dates on our website
Signature Requirements
- Required for orders over $500
- May be required for certain high-value items
- Cannot be waived for security reasons
Shipping Restrictions
Cannot ship the following:
- Alcohol-based products
- Certain fragile items
- Hazardous materials
Change of Address
- Must request within 1 hour of ordering
- Cannot change after order ships

Military Addresses
- APO/FPO addresses accepted
- May require additional delivery time
- USPS delivery only
